He is knowledgeable in all required procedures with foreign money transactions, purchase contracts, legal ownership and registrations, etc. And he helped us way beyond his duties as a builder….like arranging reliable transportation, familiarizing us with local procedures, etc. Since this is West Bengal, India, there were a few little hick up’s with some of the building’s items due to challenging issues related to workers, building materials, delayed deliveries and so on. But the Jalangi Dham building team, led by Sri Balaram, fulfilled all his duties in correcting items and making sure that things were brought up to standard. We have to thank Sri Balaram that we now own a beautiful apartment in a nice setting close to the Jalangi River. The project, construction and finishing materials, plumbing, electrics are all made of high-quality and durable materials.
